Park Bench Exercises You Can Do Anywhere
Exercise Anywhere with Park Bench Routines
Daily exercise is super important in our lives, right? But we all know that it can be tough to find the time and the place to do it. Guess what? A park bench can be your new fantastic gym! Yep, that’s right.
Tricep Dips
Let’s start with tricep dips. This exercise is just a wonderful way of toning your arms.
Just sit on the edge of a park bench and place your hands on either side of you. Stretch your legs out in front and then start pushing yourself off the bench. Then gently lower yourself back down. Try doing this about 10 times.
Push-ups
Next, we have park bench push-ups. Ready?
Stand facing the bench and place your hands on the edge, a little more than shoulder-width apart. Keep your feet together behind you. Now, lower your chest towards the bench and then push back up again. Might seem tough at first, but you’ll get the hang of it.
Step-ups
Step-ups are super easy and great for your hamstrings, quads, and glutes.
Stand in front of the bench and put one foot up. Push yourself up until both feet are on top. Then you can step back down. Try swapping your starting foot after about 10 times.
Bench jumps
Now, if you’re ready for some fun, let’s try bench jumps. They’re not only fun, but they’re also fantastic for your legs and core.
Stand straight in front of the bench, bend your knees a little and jump up onto the bench, landing with your feet flat. Hop down and repeat.
You Can Do It Anywhere!
So, my friends, there you have it! A simple, cool routine that you can do anywhere there’s a park bench. It’s inexpensive, fun, and does wonders for your health.
