1. How do I get started with training at Unbeaten Fitness-Richland?
We meet first! We call the meeting a “No Sweat Intro”.
2. What's a "No Sweat Intro"?
A No Sweat Intro is a free 15-20 minute conversation with a coach-no workout involved. It’s our way of getting to know you, your goals, and what you’re struggling with so we can point you in the right direction. We’ll walk you through how things work at Unbeaten Fitness, talk about the best options for your situation, and answer any questions you have. No pressure, no commitment, and no sweating required.
3. How much does it cost?
It depends on what you’re looking for. We go over all pricing options during your No Sweat Intro so we can match you with the right plan for your goals and schedule.
4. What all is included in membership?
You’ll work out with us 3 times a week, we’ll guide you through your nutrition, and we’ll help hold you accountable every step of the way.
5. What times are your workout sessions?
We have workout options at 5:00am, 9:00am, 4:15pm, 5:15pm, & 6:15pm. You can pick and choose whatever sessions are easiest for you week to week.
6. Can men join Unbeaten Fitness?
We’re a women’s-only gym now, focused on creating a space where women feel comfortable and supported. That said, we do have a couple of men who were grandfathered in-mainly husbands of members-before we made the switch. But at this time, we’re not accepting new male members.
7. What fitness level is this for?
All levels. Whether you’re brand new, getting back into it, or already experienced, we meet you where you are. Everything we do can be scaled or adjusted based on your fitness level, and our coaches are there to guide you every step of the way.
8. Can I bring my kids with me?
Sure! Kids are welcome as long as they’re not on the gym floor during session time.
9. Do you have showers?
We don’t have showers at our locations. Most of our members head straight home or back to work after their workout, so we’ve kept things simple and focused on what matters most-great coaching and effective training.
10. What are you close by?
We’re right next door to Sherwin Williams.
